JT FITNESS is run by Jennie Tarsnane who has more than 22 years of teaching experience in the exercise industry.

She is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, and a Personal Trainer.

She offers Stott Pilates Matwork Classes, Studio Sessions using Stott Pilates designed resistance training equipment, Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight Management, and Sports Massage Therapy.

She works from a studio in Finchley Central, North London, and also at a number of venues in the area.
