Qualifying as an Exercise Teacher in 1984 and updating with the YMCA/ RSA Awards in 1987/ 1988/ 1990 Jennie Tarsnane has taught a wide variety of exercise classes including Ante and Post Natal, Fifty Plus, Step, Fitness Walking, Circuit Training and Body Conditioning.

Jennie is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor having completed the full equipment training with STOTT PILATES in Toronto, Montreal and the UK.

She is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (Advanced Instructor Level 4), the National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT), the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and IDEA.

Jennie specialises in Personal Training and is a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist (LSSM Dip.) BTEC with a keen interest in preventing and managing backpain through lifestyle changes.She holds the Active IQ Level 4 Certificate in Exercise for the Management of Low Back Pain.

She has also been a former editor of the NRPT newsletter, Development Officer for the Exercise Association (EXA), a contributor to the national press, and has appeared on BBC Radio 2, Radio 5 Live, and LBC as an expert on health related topics.
