There are 3 levels of classes (Essential, Intermediate and Advanced)
Before joining a class it is necessary to have a private session to assess posture and possible injuries, and to ensure that each client has a knowledge of the STOTT PILATES® Five Basic Principles.
Matwork classes are held at a venue in Finchley Central, North London on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY during the day and evening.
